Beijing, China Tours With Your Personal Guide

VERY IMPORTANT: Most tour guides in China must supplement their income by taking guests to sales outlets offering kickbacks to the guide.  My fees are slightly higher than many other guides, however, I do not include overpriced factories or other sales sites in my tours.  I want you to see the real China, and if you do decide to make purchases, my job is to see you get the best value for the best price.

My rate is 50rmb per hour for 1and two people,60rmb per hour for 3 or 4 people.

Here suggestions about fixed tours, if you don't have idea where you are going.

Recommend:  One day comfortable to Mutianyu Great Wall

The Mutianyu section of the Great Wall was opened tourists on May1, 1986. Located 73km from Beijing proper, it joins the Juyong Pass in the weast and Bubeikou in the east. This well-preserved section was built about 14000 years ago and reconstructed later during the Ming Dynasty.

No directly bus to get there, so doesn’t have much tourists.

It can also be reached by cable car and get down with it or toboggan

Here is the hiking planed:

Pick up at your hotel, go heard to the Great Wall, take a cable car to the Wall, hiking about 2 hours, then you can chose cable car or toboggan and have a nice local lunch at a smal nice town at foot of the Great Wall. On the way back  to city, you can look around Olympics venues or 798 art centre street.

Cost:

One person 1200rmb

Two people 1800rmb

Including, a nice car, English speaking tour guide, a nice lunch, all entrances, cable car or toboggan fee. What make us different from others' tour in this area: English-speaking guide hike with you all the way along; no shopping; small group and take all the highway possible to save your time on the way.

Tai Ji or Tai Qi Quan Lessons

Visitors or residents of Beijing may also be interested in learning more about Tai Ji, the traditional martial arts/meditation exercise.  I have studied this exercise for many years and am a certified coach.  Tai Ji can help people by increasing flexibility, providing low stress exercise and inducing mental calmness.

I offer beginning and continuing lessons in the 24 Yang style at 80Yuan RMB per lesson for one person,100rmb per  lesson for two people.
